Balanced Programs.
At KibiKibi Body our goal is to improve your fitness level in a sustainable way. That means that the program we create for you will only require the time and commitment level that you are willing and able to make. What we recommend you incorporate into your life will depend on what you are currently doing and your personal goals. For some, regular KibiKibi Body sessions and walking can provide the basis for a healthier lifestyle, for others, your KibiKibi sessions may only be one part of several different types of exercise that are done on a regular basis. Our goal is to help you improve your body and stay committed, which may require a slightly different course for each client.

Convenient. Our “come as you are” approach allows you to complete your workout in whatever clothing you feel comfortable in, shoes are optional, so there is no need to tote a bag around. And because this type of training doesn’t generally cause perspiration, there is not need to shower after your workout.

Quick. It generally takes about three 10-minute Power Plate sessions to become accustomed to the sensation of vibration. Once someone is acclimated, sessions generally last for 15-25 minutes. We recommend that you do 2 to 3 sessions per week for optimal results. Power Plate sessions can be done as frequently as every other day, provided guidelines are followed.
